  1. It has been reported there has been a decrease in the amount of time taken to sell a property, and this may give hope to some. However while this may be good news it is also reported that in some areas homes may still remain on the market for at least 300 days. If I wanted to sell my home fast then I might consider a company offering a quick sale as opposed to waiting this long.
